Goodbye 2009

2009 was a great year for us.  I enjoyed it thoroughly!  Although the funny thing is, I remember remarking to Evan a couple of weeks ago how lucky we had been since everyone around us seemed to be sick or have sick kids and somehow it passed by us.  Well, that was the case until the week of Christmas!  First it hit Max, then Grace and then Piper and myself.  Four of us were sicker then sick on Christmas Day.  It hit Claire the next day.  So sad, huh?  So many of us so sick for Christmas!  Well, it seemed awful at first, then the vomiting stopped.  We were still not feeling well, quite lazy in fact.  So we stayed home pretty much all week.  Wearing pajamas, watching movies and playing with all the new board games.  Sound awful to you?  Quite the contrary.  It seems to have turned out to be the perfect week.  (minus the vomitting!)  But we were just all together, no schedules, no running around, just enjoying each others company.  I loved it!  Here are a few pictures from the week.
